Cheryl Brown has over 35 years of experience in childcare, education, and early childhood leadership. She has dedicated her life to supporting children and families while creating nurturing learning environments that help children thrive. Her passion for children with medical and developmental challenges inspired the vision for Aurora PPEC.

Pauline Morris has extensive experience serving individuals with disabilities through residential and support services. Her work reflects a lifelong commitment to compassionate care, advocacy, and improving quality of life for vulnerable populations.
